T324 is excited to share a new project, a complete web site design for gorgeous luxury apartment complex Mountainview Villas in Santa Rosa, California. This Wine Country estate of apartment homes was looking for a website that would convey the quality and beauty of their property while being easy to update.
We enjoyed crafting a solution that fit comfortably within their budget and matched their refined aesthetic. Use of designer fonts and a silvery-green Northern California foliage palette were combined with design elements like an arched central logo that refers back to the Tuscan style of the property. The site is designed to create a strong, elegant web presence for Mountainview Villas while also serving the needs of current residents, who can use a convenient online maintenance request form, and future residents, who can view floorplans and apply online.
