The Solano Stroll is around the corner!

Every year, on the second Sunday in September, Solano Avenue is transformed into a river of laughing, singing, dancing, snacking and shopping people. For almost forty years, the merchants, restaurants, and professionals of Solano, as well as the twin cities of Albany and Berkeley CA, have hosted the Solano Avenue Stroll, the East Bay's largest street festival. The event starts at 10 a.m. and kicks off with a parade! Booths include dozens of entertainers, 50 food booths, 150 juried arts and crafters, state of the art mechanical rides, and 150 community non-profit and government organizations.

The event is alcohol and tobacco free, and incredibly family-friendly. There's a special children's area, with face painting and clowns and magicians, and a Green Zone to help you make more eco-friendly household choices. Free shuttles from North Berkeley BART and free bike valet parking make getting there easy. Every year T324 has a booth near Flowerland Nursery, and we hope you'll stop by and see us. We're doing free temporary tattoos this year- very popular with kids! There's lots of info about the Stroll here; this year's theme is "Step Into The Future!"
